Program Description

RevuLaunch is a review management platform operated by Epoche Technical Solutions, LLC. Businesses that use RevuLaunch may invite their existing customers to leave a review via a one-time SMS message. If you receive a text message from RevuLaunch, a business you have visited or done business with has requested that we send you a link to share your feedback.

Opt-In Flow: How It Works

The following illustrates the complete opt-in process. A customer opts in by visiting a web form hosted at revulaunch.com/review-request/{businessId} — shared by the business via receipt, table-tent QR code, or email. You can view a live demonstration of this form at revulaunch.com/review-request/demo. No SMS is ever sent to a customer who has not opted in through this form.

Step 1 — Customer visits the opt-in form and submits consent

The business shares their opt-in link with customers (via receipt, table-tent QR code, email, etc.). When the customer visits the link, they see a branded form with the business name, a field for their first name and phone number, and an unchecked consent checkbox. The customer must actively check the box — which includes full program disclosure — before the form can be submitted. No pre-selection is used.

Step 2 — Customer receives the review link via SMS

After submitting the form, the customer receives one SMS containing the review link. No separate opt-in confirmation message is sent — the web form itself is the opt-in. The review link is delivered within minutes of form submission.

Consent

By checking the consent box on the opt-in web form and submitting it, you consent to receive up to 2 SMS messages per review request. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may decline and still do business with the company normally.

Message Frequency

You will receive a maximum of 2 messages per review request: one SMS containing the review link, plus at most one confirmation message if you reply STOP or HELP. RevuLaunch does not send recurring marketing messages, promotional offers, or any other ongoing communications.

Opting Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from RevuLaunch. You may also reply NO, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. RevuLaunch is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

Privacy and Data Sharing

RevuLaunch collects your phone number and opt-in status solely to deliver the requested review solicitation. No mobile information collected as part of the SMS opt-in process will be shared with or sold to third parties or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and message data are transmitted through Twilio, Inc. for delivery purposes only. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier.
